Return Goods Policy
Shipping and Returns Policy
Returns or Exchanges in store and online will be accepted within 30days of a purchase.
This includes when a purchase is made in error; for example, ordering the wrong colour / size / fit.
We will accept returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
The buyer must return item to us within 30 days of purchase.
Return with proof of purchase
Parts must be in new and saleable condition fit for resale or a refurbishing fee will be charged for damage.
Shipping return costs will be at the buyers’ expense.
Excluded items
There will be NO returns on custom order or made to order propellers and parts.
There will be NO refunds on purchased items bought during a sale or promo coupon period.
Faulty Product Returns
If something is found to be faulty, incorrectly described, or different from the sample shown on our website or in store we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges for the same item in a different colour / size / fit will incur a freight charge. If there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund. When returning your part or propeller ensure original box is in excellent condition and repackaged securely to protect from damage during transit. If you do not have the original box, please use another suitable box or packaging to protect from damage. The part will be assessed upon return before exchange is made. Please wash your propeller or part in fresh water and dry before packaging. Returned items that are damaged, unwashed, or salty may incur a cleaning or re-polishing fee.
Breaches of our return and refund policy shall result in the parts being returned to the customer
